  • Leadership: Drive the utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage project portfolio growth within assigned regions while leading project managers and managing cross-functional resources.
  • Portfolio and Project Management: Plans, leads, and de-risks a portfolio of projects to ensure success. Ability to lead project developers, external subject matter experts and consultants to develop successful projects to construction and beyond.
  • Operate with Efficiency: Oversee project budgets, spend with prudence to ensure project success, and respect the assigned capital investment.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor and guide new team members who will support project development.Manage a high-performing team that embraces disciplined development.
  • Attention to Detail: Responsible for team’s project reporting with a focus to not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functional environment effectively with experts who will provide transmission, permitting, engineering, finance, and legal support.
  • Communication: Excellence in internal and external verbal and written communication.

Candidate Profile:

  • Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of integrity, self-starter, results oriented, and strong ability to manage all stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for renewable energy and greenfield project development.
  • Work experience of at least 7 years in renewable energy project management, business management, or project development.
  • Outstanding academic track record with at least a bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both stakeholders and management.
  • Access to an established and robust renewable energy consulting network.
